WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. is proud to present the RQ3-130-9 Pit-Type Gas Carburizing Furnace, a specialized industrial resistance furnace designed for precision carburizing, carbonitriding, and non-oxidation heating of carbon steel parts. This vertical-style furnace is engineered to handle various small to medium-sized components and long shafts, ensuring uniform heat treatment at operating temperatures up to 1000°C.

Advanced Construction and Thermal Efficiency

The furnace body is constructed with a robust steel shell welded from high-quality 4-12mm steel plates. The interior features a full-fiber lining composed of high-alumina refractory fiber compression blocks with a thickness of 350mm. This innovative structure offers low thermal conductivity, excellent thermal stability, and superior energy-saving capabilities compared to traditional linings.

At the heart of the system is a 310S heat-resistant stainless steel muffle tank (10mm thickness) which houses the workpieces in specialized loading baskets. To maintain perfect uniformity of temperature and atmosphere, a water-cooled hot air circulation fan is mounted on the furnace cover to facilitate forced convection.

Precision Automation and Carbon Control

WUXI WONDERY INDUSTRY EQUIPMENT CO., LTD. integrates a state-of-the-art carbon potential control system using a Siemens PLC and an industrial touchscreen interface. This system allows for fully automatic control of temperature, carbon potential, time, and dripping media (such as methanol or kerosene).

The system utilizes high-precision oxygen probes with a unique back-pressure design and an integrated carbon-burning device, which prevents carbon accumulation and ensures stable, accurate signals. Safety is prioritized through over-temperature alarms, abnormal carbon potential alerts, and electrical limit switches on the furnace cover lifting mechanism.
